If your attempts to execute your build with IncrediBuild have failed, or you couldn’t see your tasks being distributed to remote machines, send us logs with additional information. These extended logs can help us troubleshoot your executions, and provide you with suggestions on how to fix the issues your encountered.
> To generate a log for a failed build:
Before executing a new build with IncrediBuild, open the Agent Settings dialog box, by right-clicking IncrediBuild Agent icon on the taskbar, and selecting Agent Settings:
On the Agent Settings dialog box > Agent > General page, open the Logging level drop-down list and select Extended:
Re-execute your build with IncrediBuild.
Generate a log for the new execution, according to the steps described in Generating Logs for Successful Builds.
