IncrediBuild Website provides a trial version that you can download and use:
https://www.incredibuild.com/ibonlinestore/register#/regWindows

This trial version, licensed for 30 days, enables you to do the following:

  • Installing 4 Agents, with 8 logical cores per Agent.

  • Testing the Visual Studio C/C++ solution.

  • Testing the Visual Studio C# solution.

  • Testing the “Make and Build Tools” solution.

  • Testing the “DevTools” solution.

Using the trial version, you should be able to perform the following tasks:

  • Install an IncrediBuild Coordinator and Agent on one machine, and 3 additional Agents on 3 remote machines in your network. All these machines should be able to communicate with each other, and their Agents should connect to the same Coordinator. These Agents can act both as Initiators and Helpers.
Note: The trial license gives you a total of 32 cores (4 machines x 8 cores) for task acceleration.

  • Run a build with IncrediBuild from Visual Studio IDE, or through the BuildConsole.exe application.

  • Run a build with IncrediBuild and other Build Tools, such as Make or Jam, from the command line.

  • Fully use and integrate with DevTools.

  • Track the build progress during its execution and after it is completed, and explore the distribution of the build tasks to multiple cores using the Build Monitor.

If you are unable to achieve these results, contact Technical Support for assistance at support@incredibuild.com.

If you would like to explore the performance and acceleration effect of more cores, or to use IncrediBuild features that are not included in the standard trial version, contact Sales at sales@incredibuild.com for a temporary license for special tests.
