Pausing IncrediBuild Cloud means that the Coordinator will no longer use the VMs on the cloud as part of the Helpers pool in executing tasks. For executing tasks, the Coordinator will only use Helper Agents that were manually installed and directly connected to it.

During the pause period, IncrediBuild Cloud pool is not deleted, and its VMs are still kept in a Sleep state. If are you planning to pause IncrediBuild Cloud for a long period of time, in order to save costs it is recommended to delete IncrediBuild Cloud pool as well. This means that all the VMs in the pool will be stopped and terminated. Active VMs that are currently participating in a task will continue to run until the task is finished. Then, these VMs will be terminated as well.

If you deleted the pool during the pause period, when you will resume IncrediBuild Cloud, the pool will be re-created automatically for your solution.

> To pause IncrediBuild Cloud and optionally delete the pool:

  1. On the upper bar of the Coordinator Monitor, open the Cloud drop-down list, and select the Pause Cloud option:
