In a fresh installIf you are installing for the first time and not upgrading from a previous version of IncrediBuild, it is advised to first install the IncrediBuild Enterprise Edition setup file on the machine that will host the main Coordinator and then use the smaller installation file that will be located where you installed IncrediBuild.

This smaller installer file can be used to install the IncrediBuild Agents, a Backup Coordinator, and single use VMs on the other remote machines that you'd like to add to your IncrediBuild Infrastructure.
Using the entire IncrediBuild Enterprise Edition setup file to install the Agents is also possiblecan be used as well, but the setup will only install the required Agents and not the other components that are necessarily installed on your main Coordinator machine.
We suggest using the smaller installer file as it takes up less space than the main Enterprise Edition installer file, since the majority of the other included components in the full Enterprise Edition installation file are not necessary for your machines hosting Agents.
