The setup file of the IncrediBuild Enterprise Edition should only be executed on machines that hosts an active IncrediBuild primary main Coordinator as it installs additional components that are only relevant for to the machine hosting the Coordinator such as .
The componente include an internal Apache web server that will service the IncrediBuild Dashboard and a PostgreSQL database with which IncrediBuild works to keep store the data generated by IncrediBuild.
In an the upgrade process, it is advised to upgrade the Coordinator and allow the upgrade setup to upgrade the Agents connected to the Coordinator if needed. This can be done automatically during the upgrade process if you choose this option.
In a fresh install, it is advised to first install the IncrediBuild Enterprise Edition setup on the machine that will host the primary main Coordinator and then use the "thinner" Agent install setup smaller Agent installation file that will be available in located on the machine hosting your IncrediBuild main Coordinator which you've installed under: .

This thinner smaller install file can be used to install the IncrediBuild Agents on the other machine remote machines that you'd like to add to your IncrediBuild farmInfrastructure.
Using the IncrediBuild the larger IncrediBuild Enterprise Edition setup file to install the Agents is also possible and , but the setup will only install the Agent necessary Agents and not the other components mentioned above.that are necessarily installed on your Coordinator machine.
We suggest using the smaller Agent installer file as it takes up less space than the main Enterprise Edition installer file.
