You can install the Coordinator on a machine that already has an Agent.

If an Agent is installed on a machine, it means that you already have an installed Coordinator in your IncrediBuild Environment, since you cannot install an Agent without connecting it to a Coordinator. However, you can change the location of this Coordinator and move it to another machine. To perform this, install a new Coordinator on a different machine, unload your License File from the original Coordinator and load it to the new Coordinator, and move the connected Agents from the original Coordinator to the new one.

> To install the Coordinator on a machine with an Agent:

Open the Start menu > IncrediBuild > Add Components:

IncrediBuild Setup wizard appears.
Note: If you do not have the Add Components option, copy your IncrediBuild Setup file to another location on your machine, uninstall IncrediBuild, and use the Setup file to re-install IncrediBuild Agent and a Coordinator, as described on Installing the Coordinator with an Agent. Your IncrediBuild Setup file is located at: IncrediBuild_install_dir\install.exe.

On the Welcome page of IncrediBuild Setup wizard, click Next.

On the Setup Options page, select the Install Additional Components option, and click Next:

On the License Agreement page, accept the terms of the license agreement, and click Next.

Continue to follow the wizard instructions until the Install complete page, where you receive the following confirmation: The selected IncrediBuild components have been successfully installed.

Exit the Setup wizard.

A Coordinator is now installed on your machine in addition to the exiting Agent.
