  1. On the IncrediBuild Cloud – Azure Login page, you need to choose with which Azure roles you want to login and activate IncrediBuild Cloud – Azure solution:

    Note: After you click the option that is appropriate to your account and needs, on the next page you will be requested to sign in to Azure with an account that matches your selection. For example, if you want to login with a user who has Global Administrator and Owner roles, you need to select the Yes, I Do > Login buttons. Then, on the next step, sign in to Azure with an account that has these roles.

    You have two options for logging into IncrediBuild Cloud – Azure solution:
    Sign in to your Azure account with a user that has a Global Administrator and Owner roles.
    Signing with these roles means that you grant full permissions to IncrediBuild Cloud to automatically create for you an Azure AD app and all the required login details.
    In this case, click the Yes, I Do button.
    The details of your selection appear. Now, click the Login button:

    Sign in to your Azure account with a user who does NOT have Global Administrator and Owner roles.
    In this case, click the I'm not sure button.
    The details of your selection appear. Now, click the Login button:

    After clicking one of the Login buttons, the Microsoft Azure Sign in page appears. This page enables you to connect to your cloud account.

  2. On the Azure Sign in page, enter the sign in credentials of your Azure account and click Next. On the following page, enter your password and click Next:
    Important! Sign in with an account that matches the selection you made in the previous page – either a user account with Global Administrator and Owner roles, or a user account with lower roles.

    Notes:

    • If you already signed in to Azure portal, and you have more than one account, the Pick an account page is displayed, allowing you to select an existing account. In this case, select the account that you want to use for IncrediBuild Cloud, and click Next.

    • If you have more than one Azure account, and you installed the Coordinator and/or Initiator Agents on Azure platform using one of the accounts, it is recommended to use the same account for this activation process. For more information on using more than one account, see the Important! note on Setting Up IncrediBuild Cloud in a Pure Cloud Environment

    • Your sign in credentials are used for creating and managing VMs in your Azure account, for the sole purpose of accelerating the execution of your tasks. They are not saved on a local machine but as a token on Azure servers, and therefore they are highly secured.

      The MicrosoftPermissions requested page appears.
      Note: If afterentering your user account details, you receive an error messageinforming you that your user account does not exist in the tenant 'IncrediCloud', solve this issue by following the instructions inthe IncrediBuild Cloud Troubleshooting section.

  3. Depending on the account you selected for logging in, one of the following MicrosoftPermissions requested pages appear:

    • If you selected to log in with Global Administrator and Owner roles, the following page appears:

      In this case, read the request details, and click the Accept button.

    • If you selected to log in with lower roles, a page with fewer permissions appears:

      In this case, read the request details, and select the checkbox – Consent on behalf of your organization. Then, click the Accept button.

     
    Depending on the account you selected for logging in, one of the following occurs:

  4. On the second IncrediBuild Cloud – Azure Login page, enter the required login details as follows:
